iOS Question Why is my designer window opening such that I can't see the menu

It looks like you have a widescreen monitor, perhaps the default display setting is not right for it.
If you select the designer window, hold the Alt key and press the space bar, you should see the window menu. Press M then you can move the window with the cursor keys. You'll need to do it for the Abstract designer by the look of it too. Once moved, it should re appear where you left it next time.
