WiFi capabilities?

Mobile apps sound like an exciting new opportunity!

I am a prospective purchaser of Basic4Android and would like to know if it is capable of sending files over WiFi only (no cell tower) to other phones?
This would be in an area with an existing open WiFi network.

Basic4android has very good support for communication over wifi. Search for Network:
