Wishes for Designer

1) When you delete a View, Designer puts you back at the start of the list. If you are deleting multiple views, you then have to scroll back down the list to find where you were before, so it would be nice if Designer put you back in the list where you were.

2) It would be even nicer if it were possible to bring up a list (similar to the Generate Members list) of all the views with the ability to check off the ones to be deleted all at once.

Such a list might also be used to perform group edits of properties, such as selecting a series of labels and having their tags set in numerical sequence starting with a specified number, or setting a specified property such as Event Name, Parent, Left, Height, Text Size, etc., to the same value.

I don't think I've ever used the Generate Members list, but I'm sure I would often use a Group Properties Edit list.

One more wish I have for Designer is to be able to RENAME the layout files in the Files tab. I'd like to be able to right click on a .bal file in the Files list and rename it to something else. This would rename the physical file in the directory and in the list. I suppose this can be applied to any file in the Files tab, not just .bal file.

To accomplish this now, I have to manually rename the file in the directory, load the project in the designer and it will complain the old file name is missing, then delete the old file name in the Files list and add the new file name. A simple Rename menu option will eliminate all of this tedium.

It can be done in an easier way:
- In the Deigner with the given layout, save it with the new name (Save As).
- In the IDE Tab Files, remove the old file (select it and Remove Selected).
- In the IDE, change the name in LoadLayout.
That's it.

Best regards.

Exit option on File Menu in Basic4Android

Would you consider adding Exit to the File menu in Basic4Android. I know I can just click the "x", but most times I prefer to use the Exit option off of the file menu.

The reason is that some applications (not B4A) do not close properly unless you select File --> Exit. Addubg 'Exit' would add more consistancy with the other applications I work with (and for others too I imagine).
