Bug? xChart - No values shown on Y axis

Hello

If a line chart (or bar chart) has data points that are all zero, no values are shown on the Y axis.

See example app attached.

It was a bug for manual scales.
It was not a bug for automatic scales, it was a request from a user.
Will be be updated tomorrow.
