Android Question Access to the path denied

Hi guys,
I know this is covered in previous threads, but none of those threads have helped me and I'm now at the end of my tether.
This project has been as good as gold until now.
I've even used google AI to setup all the windows permissions and security stuff.
I've deleted Objects file, updated B4A, deleted directories and remade them.
I've tried everything, even copy and paste the code to a new project, even time it compiles I get the denied error.
anyone know anything else I can try ?

Yep - that was the first thing I tried (several times)
