Add watch to a variable, like in MS VS (although in VS I do not see it anymore, maybe because I have the express version, now)

A sort of trigger on variables

I'd like to see this too.. in particular, a watch list... The ability to stop execution when a variable changes... This would be extraordinarily helpful and was always extremely important in VB...

Visual Studio Watch window doesn't monitor the variables. It allows you see the results of expressions:

This feature (ability to write expression and see its value) is planned for the next version.

Visual Studio allowed variables monitoring, but i don't remember which version (many years ago ).

Write expressions is a very useful feature !!!

VS 2003 doesn't, but from 2005 to recents it does...

You shouldn't compare debugging a local Windows process to debugging a remote Android process. Hot code swapping and expression watches features are quite amazing (and very complicated under the hood)...
