Android Question [ Admob ] Crash on run

Hello Everyone !
i am trying to run admob example by @asales ( Thread )

but when i Run , show this erros >

already reinstalled admob through the B4A SDK manager 2 times, and 1 time through the android studio sdk manager,
the same error occurs in the example of the latest version, and example of the older version, I have already recreated and configured the account according to the account tutorial in firebase 2 times ...

what am I doing wrong ?

Not required. Everything needed is included in the downloaded package.

You see this error in the unfiltered logs, right? It won't cause any problem.
