Hi Everyone,

Could someone please tell me where I could find a FREE emulator that I can run on my desktop pc which can emulate the older Android versions, such as 4.2.2 etc?

Just some feedback I thought I would share with other users, I found a nice 100% free Android 5.0 emulator called Nox which works great. This is nice if you want to test your app on older tablets/phones.

NOTE: If your PC crashes while starting Nox, you need to disable 'Hyper-V'.

Disable Hyper-V:

Control Panel --> Programs and Features --> Turn Windows Features on or off --> Hyper-V (Untick this) and click 'OK'.
Then if your internet stops working, simply re-enable DHCP again as unticking Hyper-V may disable this.

Also you can try MEMU emulator. If your PC processor is Intel, i think no trouble should be.
As i can understand, if Intel processor, you can use or HAXM fro Intel, or Win10 built-in Windows Hypervisor Platform you mentioned above.
