Android Question Android SDK Manager Won't Launch After Windows Update - Debugging Steps Needed

I'm experiencing issues with the Android SDK Manager not launching. Details:

What's Happening: SDK Manager fails to launch and No error messages displayed

Issue started after recent Windows update
All other Android Studio functions working ok

How can I diagnose what's preventing the SDK Manager from launching?
Are there any logs I should check?
Has anyone else experienced this after recent Windows updates?

Any troubleshooting steps or solutions would be appreciated.

Do you get some error message when trying to open SDK Manager?
SDKManager.bat path is correct?
I suppose yes if it was working earlier, but just to be sure.

If you are sure that you are using the latest Android SDK + Resources supplied in the B4A installation guide, than I don't know what to check more.
Sorry.
As you were mentioning Android Studio in your OP, you need to use the specific Android SDK from installation guide for B4A.
Do not point to the Android SDK folder that you use for Android Studio.
If this was the case.
