hi.

for my project I need the app user to anonymously login in order to READ ONLY the project's database.
only after login he may modify this database.

I work in B4A.

I've been searching around at the last couple of days for solutions and got completely lost...

Can someone throw me a lead on how to start this ?

Thanks

yes it looks much simplier.
I think I will aim to storage files instead of handling database for now.
I will keep the database (file) structured as json for future use
;)
Thank you !

You may also have a look at this: It is using Firebase to store the Location of Drivers.

You can do this with the reatimedatabase too, both have the same rule system Storage and Realtime.

ok, after long hours of considering the pros and cons
(that included registering an apache sql , checking out xampp, playing around in coding csv to json, etc...
I think I'll go for the realtime...

if you can't beat them , join them :(

hmm..so Back to title ?

right...
so my next question would be :

with the firebaseauth lib, I couldn't find the code to anonymously login to firebase...
I understood that I would need the OKhttp library ....
