Wish AnotherDatePicker

"Edit: don't use this library. Use B4XDialog + B4XDateTemplate from XUI Views library instead."

I don't know why that library shouldn't be used, but I'm sure there are reasons. At this point, though, why not create an official cross-platform "AnotherDatePicker" (to be renamed) based on B4XDialog + B4XDateTemplate?

This is the official cross platform date picker.

Its code is based on the older AnotherDatePicker implementation.
