APP is not working on older version of Android

Dear B4A friends,

please for advice...

I am using:
jdk1.7.0_11\bin\javac.exe
android-8\android.jar

my app is running perfectly on new devices with Andorid (Andorid 4 and higher).
But on olders devices with low version of Android it is not running. I am not using gps, bluetooth, nothing...I only use internet connection...please, how can I do version for older Android then version 4?

Basic4android applications are supported by Android 1.6+. Android 1.5 is not supported.

but for example in Android 2.3.3 my app can not run. It is possible, that trouble is not in version of android? But in emulator and in tablet and telephone with version of Android 4 and higher it run perfect..

You should check the logs and post the error message.

did you add anything to manifest editor, whats your minsdk set to, do you set the theme to holo?
