iOS Question Apple account

Hi

(Since I have zero knowledge with IOS)
1. Can I create local "apk" without uploading it to apple store? meaning create "apk" (by the way what is the file name?) and put it on my web site and install this from there?
2. While programming - once I compile it - will it install it on my iphone, or I need to upload to the store and install from there?
3. Is there emulation here (in B4i)
4. Can I buy cheap IOS phone (is there such phones - Alibaba etc...)
5. Last - not related, but... Can I use google services on this IOS such as google location finder which I use (via google play) to track user location without GPS. if not is there something similar to this in apple?

1. Yes. However you will only be able to install it on 100 specific devices.
2. It will install on your phone.
3. No.
4. You need a device that runs iOS 7+.
5. Currently there is a GoogleMaps library and a Location library which works with both GPS and other location sources.
