Android Question Application Crash with Unable to create service

Hi all,
I have a problem now.
I create a release version and install in phone.
Click and Run, app start up and run OK.
Then, Click phone Home button to set app background.
After several hours, click phone menu button and choose my app. Then app crash.
and show a diaglog : detect app crash several times, please unstall it.
Here, I select "No" button, App restart and run OK.
and then I use B4A bridge connect phone, debugging.
I get some err logs before correct start up.
What kind of problems may be the cause？

It wasn't compiled in release mode.
