Android Question astream.WriteStream

I used the tutorial from here https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/b4x-network-asyncstreams-b4xserializator.72149/
and I changed it so in the MyMessage Type I send a mp3 file and it work good.
So I want to know what is the difference between stream.WriteStream and astream.Write ?
and when should i use each one of them?

AStream.Write sends an array of bytes. Obviously the complete array is loaded into memory.
AStream.WriteStream - Reads the data from the stream and sends it. It doesn't load the complete data into memory. You can use it for example to send a large file.
