Android Question AVD Manager Target

Dear Sir:
I've install serval API(9-21),but when i create a new AVD Mgr I just got 2 option on target item(pls check attach img) and i can't select API14 because the OK button will be disabled,is there something i missed?

Have you tried to set a different screen size?

Maybe this screen size is not available in newer versions of Android. However it is only a guess.

I recommend you to avoid using the emulator at all. It is slow and unreliable. Instead use a real device or Genymotion.
