B4A Licensing and Libraries

I have a few questions concerning the B4A License Agreement. The following statement is made in that agreement:

You may not distribute any file that was included with Basic4android,
or that was downloaded from basic4ppc.com site.

How does this affect the use of Libraries that I have downloaded and am using in my applications? Or is that specifically referring to the library .ZIP file only? Do I need to get permission from each author for the use of their libraries? Is a clarification needed in the agreement?

This doesn't affect the usage of libraries. It just means that you should not distribute the XML / Jar files.
