Android Question B4A post image file to Visual basic 2010. NET

I try to send and image file from Android to Web Server with Visual studio 2010 (vb net not c#)

In Android side:
job1.PostFile( "http://www.teinca.com/TransGes/uploadform.aspx", File.DirRootExternal,"Firma1402079940383.png")

But in VB.NEt I don't how to do it

Erel I see the example, but I need send a file (*.png) from Android to ASPX webserver (Just the opposite of the example)

It depends on how you implemented the web server. The MS SQL example in that tutorial reads the query from the POST payload. You can use a similar solution to read the file from the payload.
