Android Question B4A version 13-10 [INSTALL_FAILED_OLDER_SDK]

i am French.
since installing version B4A version 13-10 I can no longer use the software.
Here is the problem! Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_OLDER_SDK]
despite restarting ADB Server.

The simplest advice in these situations is to uninstall everything and install again as if you were a new user, following the download and install instructions exactly. I did that yesterday on a new PC and, as predicted, everything works.

Alternatively you can try and guess where the problem might be and reinstall bits and pieces, but that presents many risks that are easily avoided.
