Hi Erel,

today it came the time for me to upgrade B4J to its latest release, but my Avira AV complains about it with what I'm inclined to believe (i.e. I am sure it is) a false positive.
Searching the forum I find this post dated december 2013, same problem.
What's wrong with them? A year didn't suffice to fix this?
BTW, I know that I can simply temporarily suspend the AV "on-line guard" function to accomplish the upgrade, but I can't recall I did that for the B4J 2.20 upgrade. Is it my mind aging so fast?

Finally, do you advice to upgrade the whole team (JDK, B4J and FX Builder) to their respective latest versions?
Currently I have JDK 1.7.0_45, B4J 2.20 and FXB 1.1 and everything works very well on my W7H pc.

Every time that there is an executable with a new signature some AV software complains. Just ignore it. I assure you that there is no virus or anything harmful in B4J.

You can start with Java 7 or upgrade to 8 and also upgrade to FXB 2.0. Both will work.
