B4J Question B4J v7.30 error - no libraries

After update from v7.00 to v7.30 on start I see this message:


also libraries tab is empty


Anyone can help me?

Edit 2:
I have found source of problem.
Additional Libs folder is a must, is not optional as before. After setting dummy folder, everything is OK again.

Will it be correct in this version or in the next?
I still have not updated the version and I'm not decided if I still have to wait
