B4R3.31 is not compatible with third party development boards such as STM32 Core, Mega Core, LGT8F328X, etc. The main problem is the Wire library, and the likely cause is improvements in rCore. It is recommended that test repair can be performed. Generally, the above development board will report an error when compiling the program containing I2C. But it can be compiled successfully under the official Arduino development board. There's no problem with b4R3.0.
