I am not sure if it will really help much.
Learning the English words in the IDE wouldn't be that much effort for new users.

It is optional. The code stays in english. Good. Logical.
For any level programmer it is almost a 'must' to learn the english words present in the IDE. Not a big deal.
The real KICK would be anyone find find all the documentation in his own language, but that is complicated.
Also b4x would inflate and may be hard to find an answer (particularly if it is in another language).

There is no set date. However I don't expect every language to be 100% covered. Hopefully over time more translators will join.

The current state is:

Norwegian (Bokmål): 395
Portuguese (Brazilian): 612
Catalan: 300

Italian, Portuguese and Spanish are almost complete.
