Change the scope of mBase from Private to Public (or add a property to get it)

[I'm using the source (need 3 bas files, don't want to "recompile" B4XViews) so I did this for myself]

Delete. Unfortunately getting B4X BreadCrumb mBase is not useful for my purpose (to be able to scroll it)
