Android Question B4XPages change Background Color of Layout

How can I change the Layout Background color using B4XPages?
Is there a possibility without creating a background panel ?

You have in every B4XPage a global "root" just change the color there.

Root.Color = xui.Color_White

The screenshot you show is B4i !
There you have the Background Color on top.
In the other platforms there are also background colors for the layout.
