Bug? B4XPreferencesDialog 100%y Bug

I am wanting to have the B4XPreferencesDialog to be 100%y but when it is more than about 50-55%y it cuts off the Title/Header and more than about 95-99%y it also cuts off the OK Cancel footer. Am I overlooking something or can this be fixed? A setting of 100%x seems to cause no adverse effects, just the %y.
