Android Question Button always on top of panel

Hello, I have just started exploring B4A and I found some odd things:
1. Button always on top of panel: I Started B4A, opened the designer added a Button and then a Panel. The button is NOT inside the panel. The panel positions are over the button, but when I run the project via b4a bridge the button show on top of the panel.

I have attached a test project.

Aha. So the elevation property is the one that makes views sit on each other, It's kind of a z-index from web Thanks
