peacemaker Expert Licensed User Longtime User Sep 17, 2019 #3 Trouble is that i use CamEx v.1 and using B4X: Sub Camera1_Preview (data() As Byte) each 100 ms for Vision QR-code recognition does not freeze the interface. But using a timer in CamEx v.2 - it freezes the interface, preview is stopped while the picture is analized by the Vision. Upvote 0

Erel B4X founder Staff member Licensed User Longtime User Sep 17, 2019 #4 There is no preview event in Camera2. The event was exposed by mistake. It is not related to any freezing. The interface will be freezed with a timer or an event. The event should complete fast. If it is not fast then increase the timer interval. Upvote 0
