can I make an app with flash video?

I make a simple question, I need to develop apps with video in flash and/or h264 that are both supported by Android....can I do it with this B4A?

You can use WebView control. If I remember correctly it can display video and flash content (embedded in a html page).

If you use flash it is important to note that a surprisingly large number of Android phones do not actually support Flash. Although from version 2.2 onwards the operating system supports it playback requires suitable cpu's and most mid range devices (such as the LG GT540 and I believe devices like the MyTouch 3G and Slide) do not have these so flash support cannot be assumed to work on many Android devices.
