Bug? Can open same Layout in 2 Designers

It happens that I open with one b4a instance two times the same layout .
This shouldnt happen.

See Screenshot. If you are not careful, your work will be overwritten.

This is not a bug. Did you see the warning that asks you whether you want to switch to the other designer?

There is no warning when you open like in the screenshot. With menu item : open , there is a warning.

Are you sure? I tried it now and I do see the warning.

I had the situation like I described. I was testing different phones in debug mode.
Was working in b4a for some hours, opening and closing b4i sometimes parallel for comparing code
I could open the same layout 6 times without error message.
I tried today only b4a and it worked for a while correct.

What I tried now , I open designer, compiled to release mode, keep open the Info dialog of compilation,
open again designer, open from quick list, message, say cancel, open from open menupoint no message anymore.
Than I closed b4a, started and tried all again and it worked correct.

Its a combination not easy to find.

I will make a video for prove. and send the link. Later... Now I have to work
