Android Question Change background image with a timer.

Hello. I wish in my project to change a panel's background when a timer is ticking.
I'm having 9 images to set as panel's background every 1 seconds, and after the last image, we restart the loop. A kind of animation ....

I've tried to make an example... but still not working.
Here is my project.
