Check if Call is Answered by Human

While making an outbound phone call I would like to 'check' if the other person 'picks up'.

Also if a 'busy' signal occurs I am thinking we could differentiate this case?

Have you tried to intercept the PhoneStateChanged event (PhoneEvents)?
