Chrome OS will replace Android ? Will B4A ready ?

I have read this :

Google Replacing Android With Chrome OS: ‘Chromephones’ and ‘Chromepads’ Launching 2014 - International Digital Times

If this happens would we be able to follow the new users needs or do we have to look for other technologies.
