Android Question Collect button presses remotely

So I'm wondering how I could collect the button presses from an app remotely from the students in my class. I'm thinking I as an instructor would ask a question, they'd each click say 1,2,3, or 4 on their phone and I'd get all of their responses on my computer. Does that even make any sense?

I would have used a B4J web server for this. You can then send the data from the devices with HttpUtils2.
