Android Question Copy a file from a PC's shared folder

I have an app that needs some files that are generated by a PC in a company network. These files are on a shared folder. I have the PC's IP address, shared folder name, and the names of the files.

How can I use an Android app to copy these files to my mobile device?

I found several examples of doing this with a web server, but not a regular PC on the network.
