Android Question Creating an application on Google Play Console

Hello everyone
I'm having trouble getting an application into production.

In the Dashboard, I see :
- Start testing now.
Publish your application in advance so that you can carry out internal tests without verification.
- Publish your application
Test your application with a wider group of testers that you control
Give everyone the chance to sign up to test your application on Google Play
Use pre-registration to generate enthusiasm for your application
Create and publish a version

No matter how hard I try to create a release and then preview and confirm the version, I can't see any progress.
I don't think I'm very good at it.

If anyone could tell me what to do, I'd be delighted.

Select you app fromt elist of apps in the play store.
Then
Select Production on the left hand side.
The select "Create New Release" on the top right.
