B4J Question #CustomBuildAction sync

Is there a before #CustomBuildAction to sync the Files folder? The reason I ask is because in ABM when in debug mode, I would need to create a file and put it in the Files. However, if you forget to press the sync button, the file is not added to the final release jar.

There is no release jar in debug mode.

The new 'folders ready' step should be good for that. Note that you can put it in a class now so developers don't need to remember adding the command.
