iOS Question debugging error

Hi guys I'm debugging an app but it seems that also it requires the mobileprovision Even doing the test is necessary to have this mobileprovision file?

mobileprovision file not found.

The only thing that you can do without an Apple developer account (=certificate + provision profile) is develop with a local Mac and run the app on the simulator.
