iOS Question Default browser does not open

The attached code does not open the default browser to the url. In fact nothing happens.
Do I need to add permissions or something?

It should work. Are you sure that the code is actually executed?

If the first line returns False then add #QueriesSchemes:

Yes I am sure I have stepped through the code with trace.
I wonder if it's because my phone is signed into a sandbox account?

i cant open it too in the browser.

Sorry that was just a dummy url. I didn't want the real one there. I'm assuming its my device for now until I get it out of sandbox mode
