This answer is not addressed to my first post, is it?Projects are made of many files which can be located at many different folders. This is especially true since the ability to reference modules (which is a very useful feature).
You can always export the project as zip and unpack it in a different folder.
Just renaming the main project file (Save As) will not be very helpful.

Never say never (or always). For infrequently used actions, remembering the shortcut key can be more effort than is saved.However, shortcuts are always very comfortable.
