Android Question Designer values doubts

A layout from "Cards list with CustomListView" tutorial.

The height of the variant is 280; Panel1 is anchored on top and bottom, 2 both.
If I reset the anchors to the default (top and left), Panel1 height results 226, but it should be 280 - 2 - 2 = 276

You have forgotten about the title and the status bar.

Set the activity properties as follows:

and you will get the result you expect.

Yes, it occurred to me that that must be the "problem" a few minutes after writing the post but ... I was already under the covers, with a headache and no desire to get up to... answer myself ??

It is also not my layout and being for an item of an xCustomListView I didn't immediately think about the title.
