Is possible to add text into JPG taken by internal camera?

I would like to add some text on every picture, taken by android application.

Do you mean on the File name?

Or on the picture direct? Then load the picture in a imageview , add a label on it and make a screenshoot of the activity.

Then take a picture, add a new form with a fullscreen imageview, load this picture on it. Add a label on the bottom of the view and make a screenshot of this form, it is easy

I would use a canvas, place my image there with a text field on the canvas with my information in it and then save all that as a bitmap. The link above is a bit lengthy but you will get the picture (no pun intended). Also as @eps says - EXIF is another way, but you are still going to need a way to display that information on the image.
