When I try to deploy I get this error.

java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: java/lang/Object

There is a problem with the Java JDK installation. Try to uninstall it and install it again:
Basic4android (Basic for Android) - Android programming with Gui designer

As Erel says it helps if your java is ver 6 and not 7

Note that Java 7 is now also supported.
