Android Question ESP-01 with Relay

Hi,
I am using ESP-01 with Relay. My application works perfectly first time and immediately after uploading it to the ESP01S and debugging it. After disconnecting and rebooting, it does not work. It looks like lost or does not know from where to start. The same application using ESP8266 works fine even after booting many times. Any ideas or suggestions?

If I remember correctly, boards like the esp01 need to be set to "firmware programming mode" by hardware... So my question is, are you setting this mode off after flashing?
