Dear friends,

maybe is it dumb question, but please, it is possible to
send variables in URL via ESP8266 (ESP01)?

for example - is it possible to send via ESP01 URL where is the name "Joe"?
(this name will be then saved in database)
http://www.herewillbesomepage.com/people.php?name=Joe

You can use JoinStrings to add the parameter to the URL.

please if I want to read data from database on the web, I can use JSON in PHP? And I can read this output with ESP8266 similar as in B4J?

It is more limited than a full parser.
