B4J Question Example code to read a Word Document with jPOI Library

I've found the jPOI library on old threads, and a question but the solution posted was incomplete and I don't know how to get to there.

Can anyone point me to a demo from which I can pick up the essentials please?

Thank you Erel, what Additional Jars do I need in addition to the jPOI Library? Compilaton of other examples stops at looking for jpoi-4.0.0.jar ?

I have collectived what appear to be all the dependent jars into one zip file for use by others, but the forum says the zip is too big. Here is a link to them: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ajvnf5z1608z04t/jPOI_additionaljars.zip?dl=0
