Bug? Exception during B4A Lauch

Since today, when I launch B4A I receive error and IDE is only partially load.
I try to reinstall and also uninstall then install without success
Itry also to reinstall 7.30 without success.

With 7.80 message is :
An error occurred.
Une exception a été levée par l'initialiseur de type pour 'd6'.

With 7.30 message is :
An error occurred.
Une exception a été levée par l'initialiseur de type pour 'dx'.

I put screenshot of both :

Does someone have idea ?

I strongly suggest that you just delete everything making sure that you delete the installation folders, then follow these instructions to the letter, .

If so then it is related to a faulty .Net update.

Thank you Erel,

Installation of following with windows update solve the problem for me, without uninstall any previous update.
Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 on Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (KB4074906)
