Android Question file transfer error

I'm new in B4A come from visual basic.
after trying the usual Hello world (successfully) and having taken the hand designer I wanted to try a sample you find on the web File Transfer
I connected the Android device in WIFI and downloaded the app. Launch the application asks me I enter the IP and hit connect WIFI, Wifi in status appears to me:
ErrnoException libcore.io.ErrnoException.....
where wrong
Accordingly I have not made any change to the project that you download.

Are you running it on two Android devices?

Better example: Network + AsyncStreams + B4XSerializator

no they are not on two Android devices. PC side windows 7,
In fact by launching fileTrasfer server now connects.
Now, however, how do you send a file in the PC resources?
in the linked program you can 'decide which files to send, but no where.
