Android Question FirebaseAdMob and User Consent - Another Countries

I'm from Brazil and my income from european users is low.

So, If I not include the request consent in my apps, only ads to EU users is not will be displayed, right? To anothers countries, its remains the same and the ads will be displayed.

I use the FirebaseAdmob 1.31 library.
If I update to version Firebase Admob 1.5, I need to do anything with my codes from banners, interstistial or natives ads?

What's change in the new tutorial?

My doubt is: if I don't implement the request consent, the ads is not displayed only in the european countries, but is show in the others countries?

ADs will appear for EEA users, but continuing providing ADs on "old" way will directly breaking GDPR law.
If you have only one user from Europe, you need take consent from that user.

I wrote about it in another thread. I just installed 20 different applications on my phone. None of them asked for permission to display personalized ads. Other ads are displayed normally. I do not know how long it will take.
