Android Question Floating action button in B4X?

Has anyone already made a floating action button in B4X (which stays fixed on the screen at a certain position)? Like this green button?

What about a simple transparent panel with an higher elevation than what should remain in the background?
On the panel you place your image/label/whatever and manage the click event.

I don't know FAB so I guess it offers a lot more. My reply derives from the first idea that came to mind watching the image in post #1
